Is it enough if i know just the pentatonic scales..?

want compose stuff on guitar.i can play basic major scale (and modes), along major , minor pentatonics soloing , bit of blues. chords, know major, minor , 7th chords. knowledge enough songwriter, or should learn more stuff?

(p.s- know isn't necessary know guitar theory great songwriter, know lot.. suggest learn more better songwriter?)
