work @ small town business, privately owned. have of employees on health insurance, they've never offered me. have health issues, not enough on disability.

found out lady worked in position offered health insurance, because on husbands health insurance, had pay not being on insurance. have tried research , see how approach i'm not finding information, or unable phrase question correctly.
