planning buy iphone 5 myself cost consideration.in india, iphone 5 (approx. cost) >= rs 50,000.. cant... in us, iphone 5( contract) = 200-300$ ( approx) = rs 15000-20000 in us, iphone 4 or 4s (without contract) = 700$ = rs 35000this means anyone,the way cheap iphone contract us.
following questions.
 1) able use in india ? ( jailbreak etc.) --- contract ? ---how can break contract ? (in clear manner) 
2) how can brought india ? ( taxes/customs duty if couriered) 
3) things need taken care before bringing india ? ( activation , stuff...)
 4) able upgrade software in india ? 
5) warranty in india ? 
6)since at&t allows unlocking & contract termination possible buy iphone in usa, pay etf fees , bring india ? 7)is there other way hacktivation or jailbreak ?
