Good place to live in Britsh Columbia, Canada?
live in lower mainland, close vancouver still rural eg suburbs... example live in maple ridge (about 30min drive vancouver) , have 'beware of horses , riders' signs on streets - average apartment $800/mo ish.
lots of jobs of sorts available, job hunting never fun.
same goes victoria or vancouver island in general.
have friends in kelowna, omg super nice there. went in summer , had blast lol, plus doesn't love lake - okanagan lake spectacular. beachy , lots of people-watching going on... heard winters no joy though.
sure want go in summer sure!
past that, you're getting bit north , i'm not minus degree wind chills... i'll take lower mainland rain , mild temps. don't parts of me fingers noses ears or toes freezing , falling off.
