Buying tickets online and collecting them at the station?

if have bought return ticket have collect both parts @ same time before start first journey. has single purchase, 1 code allowing collect both parts of ticket machine before start outward leg of trip.

if have bought 2 advance single tickets, 1 each direction, able collect second 1 later, long have bought in separate transaction, , therefore have different code number collect machine. have specify station want collect ticket at, need make sure right 1 return journey.

if buy return ticket butreturning on different day outward portion, can collect tickets machine after outward date?

e.g. out: 22nd nov, return: 24th nov ... can collect them on 24th?
