studying 13 hours week @ college doing level 3 health , social care. on joint claim jsa partner applied exemption exempt me signing on because full time student. request denied job centers guidelines full time course different college. appealed stating course part time job centers statistics , funded, means entitled jsa. appeal has been declined , worried housing benefit affected now. know entitled or action should take because surely 19 year old living independently studying @ college 4 days week must entitled type of benefits?
