Why do I keep waking up with cramp in my foot?
muscle contractions due overexertion, stress, lack of sleep and/or lack of electrolytes. have been working out lot recently? if you're under stress, try take load off , rest well. if it's not of these, chances might lacking electrolytes. when wake , before go sleep, recommend eat banana , pop gatorade. bananas have lot of potassium, 1 of our essential electrolytes. gatorade known strong electrolyte content.
other treatments stretching foot. try wrap foot, if can. maybe temperature affecting muscles - make sure bed right temperature you!
