Need help my 5 year old refuses to learn?

have 5 year old daughter first year in school never had in day care cause expensive me tried whole time had @ home teach things needs know school learned abc , numbers 1-20 knows shapes , she's knows colors , sit , have real conversation u thing not recognizing letters or numbers if show flash card them on doesnt know number or letter hard , when sit down either doesn't stay still or acts don't know numbers gets frustrated , starts cry feel bad needs know things test that's coming in school , i'm lost hard me first time having child in school , don't know don't have patients either give , try again next day i'm trying don't want force have please how can stay still , listen or how can teach in better way recongize letters , numbers on flash cards i'm not school teacher don't know teachers sends letters home on how not simple @ home in school pays attention @ home don't i'm go nuts lol
