Aussies,what is your Christmas tradition?


if in melbourne, have leisurely breakfast followed snacks late morning. run around headless chook getting house , food ready extended family lunch, don't eat until around 3pm. mr sheila, kids , have delicious vegetarian thingy nutloaf , make few different salads. other family members supply dead animals. sister-in-law dessert queen.

however, every few years go sydney family gathers. culinary nightmare vegetarians; bit of coleslaw , bread roll! we'll there year.

either way though, involves day of relaxing, eating, drinking , spending time our loved ones.

do eat traditional hot lunch/dinner, or choose different? usual way of celebrating christmas?
