Why do most people of color not leave tips at restaurants?

i've been server 4+ years now, , i've noticed trend beginning people of color don't tip. isn't directed @ 1 particular race, of color. , i'm not saying white people in way better. wondering if there's reason this. i'm white male, no college education, , struggle make ends meet due understand poverty, don't understand how cannot tip person knowing that's how make there livelyhood.
