Which country had the most influence in the Ottoman empire - Britain, Germany or Russia?

first france (the first country ottomans gave priveleges in trade) , german speaking prussians ottomans chose prussian military model modernization of ottoman army , germany ottomans made alliance germany against france , britain. britain had little or no significant influence on ottoman empire in terms of shaping military or civilian institutions france , germany key country should taken consideration while shaping foreign policies ottomans. don't think there kind of russian influence in ottoman empire.
