What about a student who never does the homework but passes every exam?

unfortunately in life there many things have don't like/want do. homework 1 of them taking out trash. :) districts set grading policy. test count percentage of grade , homework/classwork/labs/projects rest. if doing part of work can credit for.

teachers don't make grades or give them. earn them work, or lack thereof.

what student never homework passes every exam? how fair gets b when shows mastery or without homework.

i've wondered scenario
