Pinoys abroad, do you send greeting cards to the Philippines and how early do you send your mail?

wife,a filipina send cards cebu , takes 7-10 business days arrive.....please careful sending bright color envelopes....(red,yellow,pink,green)....... of sticky finger postal workers in philippines thinking of $$ being inside "greeting card"......always use dull white envelopes,hehehe.....works everytime !
idea of christmas being around corner....i started now,to confuse sticky fingers!
although know philippines can have corupt postal system @ times n all...there ok !
