2nd time year has happened, google not stay in english , keeps reverting russian. @ first in google maps in google. can not speak or read russian , never once asked this. last time happened able go translator , short time make english go russian, uninstalled toolbar , reinstalled , fixed it. cannot reinstall due instructions being in russian. have ran malware , virus cleaner no avail......help
