How do i see past skin color?

depends in part on background , history. have lived around , interacted people of other colors? if not, best bet know people , see how have in common , share same feelings, problems, joys, etc.

have grown in environment hate explicitly taught? hate, or feel uncomfortable, or what? guess require replacing big chunk of belief system new ways of thinking world. again, helps know on deep level. that's pretty big task--have people written books this? if not, should.

also, guess helps differentiate between color , culture. like, pay attention attributes of person due color , attributes due environment, way raised, how money have, how education have, etc. color doesn't have inherent traits associated it. stereotypes may have, or common characteristics of group, have environment , not skin color or genetics or intelligence.
