HELP my tarantula is not looking to good.....?

have male rose hair tarantula year...his name mike.
anyway last month stopped eatting , wouldnt touch anything. dances , stays in middle of cage , shoots webs everywhere. , gets stressed out if cricket touches him. freaks out , goes panic mode , digs himself under log point cant out.
isn't moulting cause has moulted in beginning of october. im worried him have no idea whats going on. sell him , better snake in condition dosnt seem want him.

gave him outside spider cricket in september once , ate it, , continued eating store bought crickets after till close end of october stopped eating. drinks water alot nothing else. , stopped holding him don't stress him more.
moved me colorado maryland...could climate or altitude make him this? please , im worried.......
