Are humid weather cold or hot?

relative humidity percentage of moisture in air obtain full saturation. absolute humidity actual volume of water per volume of air. higher temperature, more moisture can contain.

example, cubic meter of air @ 15 c (the average temperature @ sea level on earth) saturated (relative humidity = 100 percent) when contains 13 grams of water.

so, warmer climate, more moisture there can in air. how humid air is, relative how feel it. if hot, our body tries regulate our temperature sweating. evaporation cools down our skin. if relative humidity 100 percent, evaporation doesn't occur , why feel unpleasantly hot.
