WHY DOES IT SNOW IN WINTER AND NOT SUMMER?

snow requires solidification of water molecules. when water vapour rises, packet of air expands , therefore cools down. settles on dust particles. there air not dense, cooling process accelerated. now, water heavier air, falls ground in form of rain. if manages super cooled, can become solid(ice/snow) before falling. in winter, earth's axis tilted away sun, amount of infrared rays(responsible heating objects on earth) reduce. possible water freeze before falling.
in summer, due heat of sun, water cannot cool enough turn snow. keeps absorbing energy , remains in liquid state, goes gaseous state, , don't have rain @ all.

information: snow differs ice in structure. ice formed when water cools under standard pressure. snow, on other hand, formed @ high altitudes pressure less. due reduced pressure, cooling effect changed , snowflake formed.
