Swimming stress!! Help!?

may have guessed, on swim team. joined year. stink @ fly... don't understand how i'm supposed moving arms in rythym legs, , when going, forget breathe, have breathe, lose pattern , momentum and... idea. i'm pretty @ free, back, , breaststroke, free 1 fast in. last time coach timed me, 41 in free. last month, sure have dropped @ least 1 or 2 seconds since then.
had practice meet last sunday, , least, failed!!! 3 events 50 free, 100 free, , 100 back. turned 13, im small, , i'm new swimmer, think it's little unfair put in 14 , under , have compete against fit, 14 year olds have been swimming 5 or more years. did pretty in 50 free, though came in last place. in 100 free, arms , legs hurt , got stiff , tired, literally felt going die (finished last well). when finished, had go restroom, , after asked coach, started on way restroom.... called me back, telling me 100 backstroke like, immediately. 1 put hurting on me, legs got tired, , stopped @ beginning of 4th lap. continued though, , when finished couldn't out of pool. guy standing there had pull me out. not mention had go bathroom xd
sum up, whole experience embarassing. cannot go through again. , worst part is.... have meet coming on december 2nd. team team team lost last year, it's "hardest team" beat. , know if don't better in less 2 weeks, either disqualified, lose, or die. (yes, think i'm going die if make me 100 backstroke, or worse, 100 fly. cant 25 fly without getting tired. know, i'm pathetic.)
so, have read long, pathetic, sob story, of experienced swimmers have tips on should do? did when felt going die or when embarassed, stressed, or wanted scream @ coach, need longer stinkin break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, tips fly?
