Q about the Autralian reporters who did the Queen of the UK phone joke to the nurse who commited suicide?

after shocking event, there' series of reactions, first shock, denial, anger, depression, etc. of course every person different coping trauma, guess if accurate in case:


1-shock. "oppsss, went far in our joke".
2-shame , guilt. "we lead woman suicide stupid joke"
3-speculation, or damage control "okay,now what? can use more publicity?"
4-fear. "we got fired, , getting death threats on social networks....it looks it's time pack our bags , take long vacaion somewhere remote"
5-hate "why woman had kill herself? stupid nurse has done us!"




think chain of events happen? victim (the nurse) being blamed mistake? in psychology there's phenomena saying agressor never forgive vistim. victim reminder of agressor's fault, that's why agressor keeps blaming victim on , over. (i not psychologist,just interested on subject)
