Pros and cons of getting an Ipod touch 5?

pros:
comes in colors
taller screen
thin pencil |
super light
more storage
better camera
siri

cons:
32 gb availible right
more expensive ($295)

im thinking of getting ipod touch 5 christmas because ipod touch 4 in pretty bad shape, theres huge hole in screen , neither buttons work. christmas should 4th or 5th?
