does, take while. idea behind "fake until make it" (a common saying among aa participants , people want quit smoking) you're pushing out belief can't , pretending can. it's thinking optimistically when you're pessimist. eventually, you'll start believe you're repeating yourself. if keep @ long enough, it'll work can't deviate periodically or else you'll in head it's fine continue down same path. psychologically proven.
it's how many people change undesired behavior. works me.
