Craigslist purchase doesn't seem legit, but any opinions? Guy seems like SPAMMER?

it's scam when want pay more you've asked for. don't think it. fake or stolen paypal id etc.

rules selling on cl simple:
- take cash
- never ship
- avoid having sellers come home or going home - instead meet in public place , bring friend or family member along

p.s. think mean scammer not spammer.

so, trying sell psp , games $120 on craigslist. guy contacts me , says pay $270 , shipping. tell him taking cash, insists on paying via paypal now. not sure . . . opinions?
