Why do koreans have so many dishes on the table?
korean food consists of lots of small dishes of food , rice, compared western food tends serve 2 or 3 things.
in korean different dishes called 반찬 (banchan). it's not lot of trouble wash them because dishes small. lots of food, kimchi , pickled vegetables prepared days, weeks or months in advance there's not lot of preparation done.
every time watch tv regarding koreans, see table full of different kinds of food! wonder how tedious them prepare it? wonder how tiring wash many plates after eating?
can't have 1 dish meal?
