I think my hen has ascarids (worms)?

mentioned in previous question, have sick hen. hasn't gotten better. i've noticed she's gotten thinner , has diarrhea. looked parasites in chickens , ascarid seems best bet wrong her. idea do? don't want in pain.. love chickens. should try rid of worms or put out of misery? information on should help!
