Condensation causing damp on walls?

seem have problem damp , cold walls in our house. propert on 100 years old. damp patches on walls on both our bedroom , sons bedroom , partner telling me it's down condensation , drying clothes on radiators , not airing house. first of case , secondly how on earth can air house in middle of winter 8 month old baby keep warm?
