Why does my computer monitor take so long to alt-tab?

when im in game takes of screen, whenever try alt-tab surf net, goes black 2 seconds before can see again. know isn't computer's problem because it's quite fast , can use computer while it's gone black short duration. know how rid of this? it's quite annoying because when can switch fast.
