Want to make varsity volleyball?

here's problem. i'm player. have 2 coaches , 1 of them likes me (because i'm passer , he's passer alot of 1 on one) resigned because of personal issues chsaa rules coaching club , school @ same time. other coach that's left extremely biased towards tall people. dead serious right now, put freshman 0 talent on varsity because tall. not mention i'm 5'1. i'm libero, , there 3 other girls trying same spot me. practice during off season @ least 3 days week , put in ton of time this. how can make biased coach realize i'm ready position? don't want stuck on jv of highschool (i'm sophomore now) , i'm afraid be.
