changing graphics api directx 11 helps performance bit if have directx 11 card (which have).

otherwise disable multisampling , try disabling addons or delete wtf folder. if nothing helps may need bit more graphics card. wow's made engine updates in past few expansions have upped requirements ultra in cataclysm equivalent high in pandaria.

i have i5 2400 8 gig ram , think mite have slowing down virus :s
