Is a 20 gallon LONG tank large enough for a bearded dragon/Uromastyx?

have limited space want make sure reptiles happy , healthy. have leo gecko in same size tank, yellow bellied (turtle) in 10 , had green iguana in large handmade enclosure life of 22 years. iguana interactive , miss that, not want "monster lizard" again.....prefer stay on smaller size, interactive bearded or uromastyx. feedback appreciated. videos have seen recommend 30 gallon (tall), 20 long offers floor space.....so, please. no, not have pet yet, researching.
