appetizers, variety of canapes or crudités.
chestnut stuffed turkey or capon along sautè vegetables (like potatoes, carrots, parsnips...). paired white or red wine.
@ least 3 different cheeses (like brie, camembert, roquefort....). may become cheese foundue, depends on how food served previously.
bûche de noël dessert (it's cream cake shape of log flavour of chocolate , hazelnut. think in u.s.a call "yule log cake"). people eat dessert paired champagne.
