Do all flies spawn in a corpse?

-

egg-laying isn't spawning.
hatching maggots isn't breeding.
hatching isn't being "born".
&
of course billions of flies not hatch in carcasses.

i know there exceptions, in regards type of fly.

when considering flies breed in dead things- place come from?
can assume every fly see of breed lays eggs of maggots or whatever in dead things born in corpse of sort?
