Am I in the right or not?

@ big gathering , sister brought friend , friend's family. anyway, friend's brother not leave me alone. kept standing close me , making me uncomfortable, asked him give me space. got upset me , told me had asperger's , wasn't going move. after moved several times kept finding him way close me. got annoyed , figured doing on purpose, told him didn't care had, getting uncomfortable how close me , wanted him out of personal space.

family upset me because won't apologize him since doesn't understand personal boundaries. now, if outright yelling @ him, did inform him in personal space, therefore should have understood. if didn't, didn't think should accomodate him in manner since 1 uncomfortable, not him.

parents in agreement them , i've been grounded until apologize, don't think i've done wrong in instance.

if i'm in wrong please explain me how since parents seem think picking on mentally impaired, don't consider him be, , family angry wasn't more sensitive needs.
