Which theatre colleges should I be looking into?

i'm senior in high school, in middle of college application rush, , i'm trying theatre program. i'm having trouble finding exact school i'm looking for, , i'm trying see if of schools fit needs/desires.
first, in way of program- i'm looking program gives specialized training (most in musical theatre or acting me), can flexible in different classes can take. example, schools, i'm considering getting concentration in acting- interested in scriptwriting , musical theatre performance. ideal program 1 thourough training in acting give me room in schedule pursue writing classes , maybe let me take voice lessons on side. if sounds far unrealistic or demanding of program, understand- @ least ideal.
and, while isn't mandatory in book, looking @ schools have theatre education certification degrees- ones able leap after getting ba little-to-no pre-requisities. not necessity in book, i'm considering i'm looking colleges.
nice go school lots of productions going on @ once- both school shows individual student projects- though imagine happening anywhere.
campus itself, living situations, important me well. i'm not saying dorms have palaces, nice dorms plus. , community (one there isn't overwhelming amount of commuters, , there's still stuff @ night after classes) important me well.
i'm virginia resident, i've been looking @ in-state schools (mainly financial reasons), i've been looking @ colleges across entire east coast. so, while virginia schools easy on wallet, out-of-state schools aren't off table. far on radar is:

* vcu- richmond, va
* george mason university- fairfax, va
* christopher newport university- newport news, va
* james madison unversity- harrisonburg, va
* elon university- elon, nc
* ithaca college- ithaca, ny
* muhlenberg college- allentown, pa
* emerson college- boston, ma

how programs @ these schools? , best able accomodate i'm looking for? there should crossing off of list? or other great schools theatre reccommend absent?
