How to get out of or deal with swimming in gym? Please help?

i'm in 8th grade , have swim in gym class. did last year too, , hated it. have lot more reasons of why i'd rather shot several times swim in school. gym first period, hair wet day. won't dry either. hair super thick , long takes 12 hours dry completely. know know, put shirt won't wet, hard too. gym teachers give 10 minutes change out of our bathing suits , our clothes, , hair gets tangly in water. have our hair wet or our gym teachers claim aren't participating , give low grade. getting hair , looking decent huge challenge when have 10 minutes. also, period huge issue. lasts longer periods. i've gone doctor , gave me me meds, still lasts somewhere between 8 , 14 days. have during time , afraid of 2 things. 1) gym teacher won't believe me after while because periods don't last long (it happened 1 of friends) , 2) have make every class miss, in pool. grr! , don't wear tampon, because there 2 problems too. 1) don't trust tampons, feel it'll still leak in pool , 2) don't feel comfortable swimming during period. okay onto next problem. bathing suits. i'm fat. i'm 5 feet tall , 120 pounds, give or take few. i'm fat. horrible in bathing suits , wearing 1 in front of 30 other girls make self esteem issues worse. don't tell me i'm not fat, because if i'm not, think , feel disgusting in bathing suits. wearing 1 price won't because thighs fat stomach.
please help! i'm freaking out , having anxiety attacks on this. that's how violated feel having swim in gym
