How does Israel's reaction to Hamas differ from other countries' whom the Palestinians have threatened?

hamas shot 1-2 missiles egypt, , egypt closed border -- same israel did.

lebanon put palestinians refugee camps, prevent them voting or holding jobs. way different israel, palestinians within israel full citizens. palis in territories have own gv't hold jobs , work & "refugee camps" merely unenclosed neighborhoods sit next rest of each town's neighborhoods.
