Do people walk in the book of the statue of liberty?

area not accessible public , has never been accessible. inside looks lot eiffel tower. expected since same guy did it. ( should mention paris has 3 originals of head now.) there steps inside, , on circular stairway steps 10-12 inches wide. try putting foot, , guy's foot walking downward, on same step on. that's like. inside tight. wider part book ever be. didn't go far @ all.

i'm writing story, , wondering, can people walk in book? if can, there places on statue of liberty people can't to?
