mean lets take garaham james, guy years molested fleury, got 2 years less day (sexual assault), parole out in less year , free resume life. if happened in states, he'd doing 15-25 years no parole half sentence.

rehabiltion of offenders, can done within prison. in prison there doctors, psychologists , psychiatrists not mention kinds of various individual , group therapy session, can done in prison convict poses no threat society.

he has stated canada "disneyland pedo philes." said allowed run free little chance of prosecution. canadians agree?
