Should i paint my ceiling cabin red?

please advised painting red headache , half. if decide paint red please love of god grey tinted primer! cut down number of coats have do. depending on quality of paint buy still may need couple coats of red grey primer true red color. not think "paint , primer" job. wont. marketing ploy. p+p means paint has thicker acrylic resin in provide thicker top coat. not when needing seal surfaces bare wood , bare drywall , mildly helps vivid colors red , yellow.

not afraid ask paint specialist shop questions. may save lot of time, frustration, , money.

my walls going painted cabin red should same ceiling or leave plain white???
