Is running better for you then walking?


both burns fat:
running:
heart(increase lungs capacity, heart endurance, muscule improve use more oxygen)
bad face in long run. constant jiggling of face kinda ages little.
melts fat away , next 2 days.
walking:
easier, can burn more fat day. , recommended.

both veins' health, blood circulation, blood pressure, hormone imbalance, hair, heart, stamina, muscules' responsiveness , health, brain, mood, lungs, face...everything sex.
