I want to become an actor but i don't have experience and i can't find any acting classes?

hey, i'm 13 years old boy , dream act ever since saw disney channel, nickelodeon , stuff. saw having lot of fun , having fun , dreamed of is..... perfect. want auditions , stuff before can have experience in fact don't have experience or think... , before says want actor famous, person absolutely wrong don't care being famous or not. want live dream. problem can't find acting classes (i live in london) , if can please tell me if there 1 not expensive, come family not rich.
