HELP!!!!!! What's this?

moved bedroom around today , on floor under chest of drawers these little bugs. @ first glance thought rolled tissue got closer noticed squirming around carpet. vacuumed them , no sooner had turned around there again!!! pulled carpet , vacuumed , steamed still there... whitish grey centimetre long , move maggots have little black head pops out , don't light have been looking day of , how rid don't know.... please i'm freaking out hate kinda thing , thought of makin me itch!!!! looks coming through carpet/ under skirting board!!!! wanna sort out bedroom can't sleep in there till know something!!! xxx
