Help.. Im getting bullied?

okay not physicial bullying. verbal.

1 day friend recieved note friend saying wanted comment suicide. told police officer works school, because cared friend , didnt want that. next day girls in class having sleepover party ( of course wasnt invited ) , talked me. when went school day after sleepover party friend @ party came me telling me how hates me. right , there wanted break down , cry. friend told me said told on them didnt. said police officer friend recieved note , hates me no reason. dont know if considered bullying hurting me alot.
durring lunch sat in stall , cried few minutes. never eat lunch because its, school pizza , gross chicken nuggets. drank juice. hurts me alot , im getting affected it. dont know anymore please help. :(
