BEST state to live in? HELP!?

want live out of state, different experiences. live in california. thinking about: ohio, michigan, massachusetts, new hampshire, vermont, or maine? or different place in california besides riverside, la, san diego. if cali prefer more northern cali.

anyways........ looking more ohio && michigan.

want opinion on whats best place live. don't want live in state natural disasters happen often.

whats best state? least natural disasters???

&& if can give specific places in state (like cities) help.
