How to tell people that I'm an introvert?

ok, people might seem bit stupid, it's big deal me.

i'm given out lot because don't go out enough, , didn't know why didn't until recently, when discovered how introverted am. hadn't realised ealier due genuine lack of knowledge on topic. know, feel little more comforted, not lot.

see, when explain i'm introverted, know they'll say. they'll i'm being lazy, i'm making excuses, not "self-diagnose" (a phrase used lot), , introverts don't exist.

want explain them being introvert, because maybe won't called unsociable or strange. hurts when call me that, they'll realise it's part of nature. is, of course, if listen. have anxiety problems, wouldn't dream of telling them that.

please, please, advice appreciated. don't want scared anymore.
