How much does winter fuel affect your fuel economy?

have old ford explorer 4x4, didn't buy fuel economy knew it'd low. however, when purchased last summer getting 22 or 23 hwy 200,000 miles , original parts.

now, having use winter gas, see mileage drop 15 or in moderate city driving. , on last fill around 10.

since bought i've replaced fuel pump, plugs, plug wires, seafoamed , "engine restored" engine in attempt decent condition.

runs fine, no power loss or smoking or cels or anything, sucks gas in cold , doesn't seem normal go 22hwy in summer 10 city because it's in 30s.

live in idaho if helps. i'm pretty sure it's not truck, rather aggressive driving , crappy winter fuel. thoughts?
