Why are six flags parks allowed to stay open?

deaths in amusement parks not relegated 1 company, , vast, vast majority of deaths guest health related (ex...heart attack) or guest negligence or stupidity. why should park closed, day, because idiot teenager wiggled out of restrains , fell off roller coaster? stupid hurts, , thinning herd natural selection.

many park guests plan vacations around these parks being opened, why should lose 1 day of vacation when there no safety issue or park negligence, unfortunate incident related rider negligence?

local county or state regulators can close ride deemed unsafe, , occurs because incidents of injury or death have 0 ride operations or safety.

so many people die or injured on there rides, why 6 flags allowed remain open?
why of rides open next day after 1 died on them day before!?
