How to teach a child self control and not to lie?

found out 7 year old daughter having self control issues in class , has been lying. sits herself in class due fact when @ desks other kids talking much, gets , walks around, never raises hand, yells out in class, has no self control , happening in every class ( gym, music, etc) teacher didn't give me ideas on can daughter issue i'm coming here. know lying normal kid thing want show it's not okay. finding out had been lying me , husband months going on @ school hurt as finding out how bad behavior is. looking advice , tips on how daughter behave better. note discipline our child when need no that's problem having issues , mom want her.
