What do I say to my teacher tomorrow? (long please read)?

on friday in changing room getting ready p.e since had last 2 periods of day. girl in year below me crying , saying how unfair life , how mum complete ***** her. kinda made me feel upset because dad has been on hospital weeks because had mental break down happened @ beginning of summer , didn't admitted until late october. excused myself room , went toilet , started cry. crying little bit before leaving. went off down hallway , saw teacher carrying coffee , sandwich , sort of stood against wall. conversation had. (let's call him mr b)

mr b: hi bethany

me: hey sir

mr b: what's up?

me: well... it's i'm worried dad

mr b: why what's happened dad?

me: he's in hospital... he's been in there weeks because had mental breakdown , of things he's saying me on phone scaring me.

mr b: ok... come me... (he put arm around me , took me maths room... told leave)

me: i'm scared sir i'm trying strong person

mr b: it's ok beth have tissue?

me: no sir

mr b: let me 1 (he walked out staff room , went , got me 1 , came back)

me: thanks...

mr b: have been sleeping ok?

me: no because nightmares...

mr b: need try , sleep beth... know it's hard , know scared...

started talking me making meals , how i'm coping looking after little brothers , little sister. said if wanted speak him he'd fit me in , make time me. said @ weekend should sleeping , resting. said wanted see me on monday... question should him??? :(

btw i'm 14 years old , live in uk.
