PH of ultrapure water (milliQ)?

measurements taken in temp range of 20-25°c, im not sure 5°c temp difference result in +/- 1 ph value.

obtained milliq water automatic dispenser , kept in sealed vial 10 minutes before ph measurements, carbonation out of question in opinion.

potentiometric apparatus working properly; it's glass electrode freshly regenerated, electrode's buffer solutions refilled, , calibrations made buffers of ph 4 , 7 1 measurement , 4/7/10 other measurement. after both calibrations apparatus measured reference buffers (not calibration buffers) perfectly.

hi!

question why ph of ultrapure water 6 instead of 7? milliq water (made millipore think).
measured numerous times both universal ph paper , glass electrode, results same: ph around 6 (+/-0,1).
shouldn't 7?
in advance!
